Eucrisa contains crisaborole 2%, a topical phosphodiesterase-4 (PDE4) inhibitor. A novel non-steroidal, non-calcineurin inhibitor for mild-to-moderate atopic dermatitis. Works by reducing intracellular cAMP breakdown, thereby reducing inflammatory cytokine production.
