SalPeel is Sesderma's professional salicylic acid chemical peel. Salicylic acid is a beta-hydroxy acid (BHA) that is lipophilic, allowing it to penetrate sebaceous follicles. The gold-standard peel for acne-prone and oily skin. Self-neutralising — does not require separate neutralisation.

Usage
Applied by dermatologist in clinic. 1–3 coats applied, left for 3–5 minutes. Self-neutralising. Wash off with cool water. Series of 4–6 peels at 2-week intervals.
