Description
TCA (trichloroacetic acid) peel is a medium-depth chemical peel used for moderate acne scarring, melasma, photodamage, and skin rejuvenation. At 15–20% it is superficial; at 35% it reaches the upper dermis. The TCA CROSS technique (chemical reconstruction of skin scars) is particularly effective for ice-pick acne scars.
