Isotroin Gel is Cipla's topical isotretinoin formulation (13-cis-retinoic acid). Unlike oral isotretinoin, this is a topical gel used for mild-to-moderate acne. It reduces sebum production locally and normalises follicular keratinisation with fewer systemic side effects.
