Mirvaso is Galderma's branded brimonidine tartrate 0.33% gel — an alpha-2 adrenergic agonist that causes direct vasoconstriction of facial blood vessels. Provides rapid but temporary reduction of facial erythema (redness) in rosacea. Does not treat papules or pustules.
