Description

Psoralin contains dithranol (anthralin), one of the most effective topical agents for psoriasis. It works by inhibiting DNA synthesis in hyperproliferative keratinocytes. Used in short contact therapy (applied for 10–30 minutes then washed off) to minimise staining and burning.
